It governs the cancellation of your subscription or services and requests for refunds.
Subscription Cancellation
1. Cancellation by You: You may cancel your subscription to Metz services at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You can cancel your subscription through your account settings or by contacting our customer support.
2. Auto-Renewal: Unless you notify us before the end of your subscription period that you want to cancel, your subscription will automatically renew, and you authorize us to collect the then-applicable subscription fee using any payment method we have on record for you.
Refunds
1. Subscription Services: For subscription-based services, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our services, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial subscription. After this period, refunds are not available for subscription cancellations.
2. One-Time Payments: For services purchased through one-time payments, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our discretion. A request for a refund for one-time payment services must be made within 14 days of purchase.
3. Exceptions: In exceptional circumstances, such as service unavailability or significant service failures, we may provide refunds outside these standard terms at our discretion.
Processing of Refunds
